Coaching Philosophy

My passion is helping people achieve their goals by being better communicators.  I have been sharing my expertise for more than 30 years in both industry and academia.  My clients include graduates of undergraduate and graduate (MBA) programs, adults making major pivots in company/positions, parents of juniors, seniors and/or recent graduates of college programs.

The key to being an effective communicator in career campaigns is to know your audience. From resumes, LinkedIn profiles to networking elevator pitches, informational and behavioral interviews, to knowing your value in the marketplace (salary expectations), being aligned with the needs of your audience makes candidates more successful.
